Astoria Hotels and Resorts

NexGen Tower

NexGen Tower is Millennium Properties & Brokerage Inc’s first real estate foray outside of the hospitality industry standing at the center of Pasay’s Central Business District.

Astoria Hotels and Resorts

MPBI has gone on to venture onto the real estate industry and developed properties for its clientele. In 2001, it opened Astoria Hotels and Resorts’ first property in the hospitality industry – Astoria Plaza.

On March 9, 2008, MPBI registered and started doing business in the name of Astoria Plaza and Astoria Plaza Suites. In 2010, it moved to register Astoria Bohol, Astoria Palawan, Astoria Culinary & Hospitality Institute (Astoria-ACHI), and Astoria Hotels & Resorts.

Astoria Bohol finally opened its doors to guests two years later in 2012. Currents by Astoria Boracay was registered on January 28, 2013, and opened in Boracay in 2015 with its brand name Astoria Current. Astoria Greenbelt soon opened and was registered on July 27, 2014.

Minami Saki By Astoria, AHR’s first authentic Japanese restaurant, soon opened its doors to diners and was registered under Millennium on June 28, 2015. Four months later, it helped develop and registered Astoria Palawan’s Palawan Waterpark By Astoria.

NEXGEN TOWER

August 8, 2018 saw more developments from MPBI when it registered Nexgen Tower and Nexgen Corporate Center, both constructed in Makati. Astoria At Potter’s Ridge was also registered in the same year but was renamed to Stellar Potter’s Ridge on October 14, 2019.

OTHER PROJECTS

MPBI was also busy during the pandemic as it moved to develop more establishments in its growing roster. These include The Studios Makati, which was registered on December 9, 2021, AGLaundry Specialist, on March 9, 2022, and finally The Lodge at Cloud 9, which was registered in September 5, 2022.
